You'll see missed calls in your phone app, but the recordings appear in ours. Nothing in your current voicemail goes away, your existing recordings stay yours.

Our agent listens to the voicemail and texts the caller back within seconds, so they know someone heard them, and we ask the same questions you'd have asked yourself.
You catch up when you're free
In your language, no matter what language the caller spoke. You can communicate directly with the customer, and we'll continue translating back-and-forth.

About the text messages we send
We text a caller only after they have called a 7minus customer's business line and left a voicemail. Leaving that voicemail is how a caller consents to be texted. People who call and hang up without leaving a message are not texted. We send no marketing or promotional messages of any kind.
